The Torah portion Vayigash is about family reconnecting and finding peace. Judah comes to Joseph and says that it would destroy Jacob if something happened to his brother Benjamin. However, Joseph still insisted that it must be. Judah explained to Joseph that Benjamin’s brother had been taken by wild beasts and his mother is gone. The woman Jacob loved had two sons and if Benjamin, who was a light and cherished by Jacob, was harmed, it would break his father’s heart. Joseph listened to the story without revealing his true self yet…
